Review the changes the user points to (default: `git diff` against the main branch). Only read files and run read-only git commands. Do not edit anything.

1. Summarise what the change does in two sentences.
2. List problems, most serious first. Label each Must fix, Should fix or Nit.
3. For every problem, name the file and line and explain why it matters.
4. Say which behaviour is not covered by tests.
5. Finish with a one-line verdict: ready to merge, or what must change first.

Do not flag style choices that match the surrounding code.
